Sejong Korean Language School is constantly on the look-out for brillant teachers and administrative staff to join the Sejong team. We welcome both fresh graduates as well as experienced professionals. 

Teaching Faculty Requirements

  • Possess a good degree from either:
    (a) A Korean University
    (b) A non-Korean Univerisity but completed either a Major or a Minor in Korean Language at that University
  • Teaching experience is preferred
  • Either a Singaporean Korean, Singapore PR, Dependent's Pass holder, or Korean who is willing to relocate to Singapore
  • Must have a cheerful, lively character with a passion for teaching
  • Must be a native speaker of Korean Language
  • Those who have completed teaching courses or programmes are strongly recommended, but not necessary
  • Must have a fluent command of English Language
  • Able to work retail hours (i.e. 2pm - 10pm on weekdays, full day saturdays, and half day sundays), teachers will be assigned lessons on certain days only, not all of the days listed above

Administrative Department Requirements

  • Must be organised, detailed and systematic
  • Fluent in administrative systems
  • At least some interest in Korean Language and Culture will be a bonus

  • Diploma Holders
  • Singaporeans and Singapore PRs only¬†
  • No knowledge of Korean Language is required, though some level of fluency would be a bonus
  • Committed to working towards management level positions
  • Able to work retail hours
